I wanted to take a minute to commend PWR, you and the Technicians which you sent to handle the Battery Replacement project for us here in Michigan. Both Brad Stalker and Mike Acker did a wonderful job for us in replacing our entire battery plant.

As you know, the DC power plant is the heart and soul of our operation and critical to our success and without Brad and Mike’s dedication, professionalism and expertise, this project could have gone very differently than it did. The two of them did an excellent job of making sure that our daily operation was not impacted or interfered with and kept us apprised of the status through every step. They were conscientious and courteous throughout and in my opinion, could not have done a better job. I was nervous and apprehensive at the start of the project given the potential ramifications; however Brad and Mike not only alleviated my fears but made the project look somewhat routine! I was very impressed which is not easy given my……years in this business.

Please pass along my heartfelt appreciation to the two of them as well as yourself and any other members of the PWR Team who assisted in making this a very successful project.

Also, I would be remiss if I didn’t recognize the efforts of Tom Schreck, our Power Engineer for his efforts in designing, coordinating and overseeing this project. Thanks Tom, well done!

Just a note of thanks for all the hard work you and Tom have done for me over the past year. I know I have run you guys ragged and even with that job after job comes out perfect. St.Louis, Cleveland, Memphis and Detroit were not easy projects and the feedback I’ve got back from my Operations teams have been nothing short of fantastic. Your dedication and willingness to get these jobs done on time, within budget, and your can do attitude is much appreciated. If I were to grade PWR on a vendor report card I’d have to give you guys an A+.
